• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 30 days of payment
• After 30 days, pro-rata refunds may be available at our discretion
• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your annual period

4. Lifetime Deals

For lifetime deal purchases:

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund within 30 days if not satisfied
• After 30 days, lifetime deals are non-refundable
• Lifetime access means as long as the service operates

5. Credit Purchases

Import credits and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refundable within 7 days of purchase at our discretion.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• Your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• You've requested multiple refunds previously (refund abuse)
• The service worked as described but you changed your mind after the guarantee period

To request a refund:

2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
3. We'll process your request within 3-5 business days
4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method
